Global Deal for Decent Work and Inclusive Growth

The Global Deal is a multi-stakeholder partnership that promotes social dialogue and sound industrial relations to build back better and more resilient labor markets, enabling all people to benefit from globalization. The partnership brings together governments, businesses and employers' organizations, trade unions, as well as international organizations, civil society, and local and regional administrations, in a commitment to enhance social dialogue as a means to foster decent work and quality jobs, to increase productivity, and to advance equality and inclusive growth. The Global Deal organizes knowledge-sharing events, publishes research and good practices on the benefits of social dialogue, and builds the capacity of workers, employers, and government officials worldwide. The work of the Global Deal provides a concrete input to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
