The objective of Work4Progress (W4P) is to encourage innovation and quality employment for vulnerable women and young people from India, Mozambique, Peru and Colombia. W4P moves from isolated projects to platforms of collaboration formed by civil society organizations, academia, financing institutions, private companies and public sector. The programme focuses on systemic change through prototyping and scaling high-impact solutions that are identified in spaces of listening, co-creation and collaborative learning. Developmental evaluation, collaborative governance, systematization and dissemination are key elements. Since 2017, +10.000 micro-companies and +24.000 new jobs have been launched and +100.000 vulnerable people involved. For the next 2 years they want to create 20.000 new jobs and to offer a portfolio of interconnected and viable prototypes of companies and services.
