Our project called "Mexico-Indigenous Rights Observatory" develops actions focused on contributing to the protection and fulfillment of the rights of 11 indigenous peoples of Mexico, the most historically disadvantaged social group in our country. Through this Observatory, we strive to have a long-term impact on the 68 indigenous peoples of Mexico, contributing to the exercise and enjoyment of their human rights so that they can choose their own path to development and wellbeing. To date, with the support of the 5 sectors of Mexican society, we have achieved the publication of key results in 12 development issues, contrasting these with national and international legislations, generating measurements of the attainment of their rights. This project has proven to be a significant solution that has reduced the poverty conditions of more than 250,000 indigenous people.
