The drivers of violence and inequality around the world need to be addressed in a comprehensive way, with the participation of the various sectors: public, private and community. In Venezuela, the central problem is the formation of criminal gangs as a consequence of social disintegration and high levels of violence. Alcatraz Project offers tools for resolving conflicts and restoring relationships in society. This intervention aims to provide a solution to the problem of security and social inequalities in Venezuela through the construction of peace. Alcatraz facilitates the voluntary transformation of young people with criminal problems, giving them the opportunity to reintegrate into society through tools to transform darkness into light, based on respect, responsibility, transparency, merit, humility and trust.
